If an item does not meet your satisfaction, please call us 786-507 9676 for return instructions toll-free within 30 days of receipt. Do not ship a return before speaking with one of our Personal Shoppers. We will provide you with a return address and any necessary return authorization numbers. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.

Please pack carefully. Merchandise must be clean, unused, damage free and in resalable condition for full credit to be issued. All products covered with a protective laser film coating, such as fenders and visors, cannot be returned once the coating has been partially or fully removed. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on items that do not meet our standards.

Credit is typically issued in the original form of payment. For example, if you paid using a credit card, you will see the return amount credited to your credit card once the return is processed.  We do not refund shipping charges.

Special order items, such as bumpers and custom pieces, are not returnable. We require the customer to review and approve a drawing with detailed specifications before purchasing such items.
